This legal notice serves as an official statement regarding all transactions, purchases, product deliveries, and subsequent claims made with コロ (KORO) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

1. Terms of Delivery & Inspection

All customers are advised to inspect their packages immediately upon receipt. In the event of a dispute concerning missing items, transit damage, or incorrect product delivery, the burden of proof rests entirely upon the claimant.

2. Mandatory Video Evidence Requirement

To ensure absolute transparency and prevent fraudulent or unsubstantiated claims, the KORO enforces a strict evidentiary standard:

Record the video while receiving the parcel send us the video we will see it and process the the refund.

Failure to provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the parcel reception and unboxing process will result in the automatic denial of any return, exchange, or refund claim.

3. Limitation of Liability

KORO reserves the right to deny any claims that fail to adhere to the aforementioned policy or that are submitted outside the designated 48-hour reporting window following delivery.
